| Reconstitution | Reconstitute contents of vial with 10 mL sterile water. Do not use cell culture medium for initial reconstitution. Each vial sufficient to prepare 1 liter of medium. Final working concentration: 1 mM oxaloacetate, 0.45 mM pyruvate, 0.2 U/ml insulin. |
